Description

We are selling our very well taken care of 60 Gallon Groen Jacketed (Steam) Kettle. This kettle has been upgraded to have a mixer motor with variable speed controller that turns a 5" propeller inside the kettle.

The kettle is powered by a 110V plug and propane/natural gas source. On the top of the mixer motor mount is a hook that is used to attach a small winch from above to lift and lower the kettle lid and mixer.

We have also added a temperature probe that reaches deep in the kettle that get more accurate temperatures of what you are cooking. The probe can be unscrewed and removed from the lid if you don't need.

Included on the kettle is the mount for the water faucet. We used this to quickly and easily add water for recipes.

We bought this kettle new in 2010 and have kept it cleaned and maintained. This is one of two kettles I have for sale.
