Description

Will-Flow 300 Gallon Agitated Kettle with Jacketed U-trough and heavy-duty agitation, jacket rated for 130 PSI @ 360 degrees F.

Trough is a Permasan Model 300 Gallon JHR, measures 32in wide x 70in long x 36in deep, hinged lid with (2) 18in diameter & 6in diameter top openings, and 4in diameter bottom side outlet.

Agitator includes stainless steel paddle agitators with scrapers, welded to common shaft.

Discharge is piped to Waukesha/SPX Model 060 U1 positive displacement pump with 2-1/2in diameter threaded inlet/outlet, driven by 5 HP motor, serial number 100000297922.

Includes vari-speed control.

Permasan serial number 48482, National Board number 5337.

Jacket has been patched. Also includes 4in diameter x 48in long inline heat exchanger mounted on side of trough.

Last used in bakery industry.
