Used Lee 10 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Double Motion Mixing Kettle System, Model 10CHD9MT.

The kettle’s interior dimensions are 17 In. diameter X 14 In. deep, kettle is jacketed for 90 psi @ 332 degrees F., National Board #4885, Code Stamp.

Equipped with double-motion tilt-out scraper agitation, the Kettle is mounted on a stainless steel heavy-duty tubular base on casters for portability. The agitator assembly tilts out of the kettle via a water-actuated cylinder and the agitator is driven by 2HP 3/60/230-460 Volt motor.

With stainless steel control panel with Honeywell chart recorder and Allen-Bradley PanelView 600 controller.

The kettle has approx. 1.5 In. diameter bottom discharge with Lee “Fluid-Flow“ valve, as well as automatic tilt discharge via secondary cylinder.

With an agitator mount, in the event the addition of a propeller mixer is needed, kettle is equipped with thermowell (no instrument included).

Equipped with multiple valves and piping for multiple purposes.
