Interior of kettle is hemispherical shaped, and jacket is rated 90 PSI @332 Deg. F, National Board number 6686, Code Stamped. With hinged lid, kettle has double motion scraper agitation driven by 3HP/5HP Motor. On stainless steel legs, kettle has bottom center discharge and was last used in sanitary application.
