10 gallon double motion agitated jacketed kettle by Lee Industries, model 10 D9MT, serial #35792-1-1. Features 316 stainless steel kettle construction with 304 stainless steel jacket, National Board rated for 90 PSI @ -20 to 332 F, bridge mounted double motion agitator with hinged nylon scraper blades and bottom central fix mounted scraper contouring center bottom discharge, counter rotating paddle agitator with quick release pin of easy cleaning removal, main agitator has bridge mounted seal under lee gear box, water operated tilting cylinder for bridge mounted agitator with manual lift/lower valve and 50 PSI operating pressure, 2" center bottom discharge with Lee fluids flow flush seating ball valve and 18" floor clearance, flush temperature sensor with blank plug when not using sensor, two one half loose fitting covers mounting on each side of bridge with one lockable with Destaco lock down levers and 1.5" inlet with tri clamp connection, agitator is driven by Sumitomo "SM-Cyclo" continuous torque gear motor, 1/2 horsepower, 208-230/460/3 phase, 2.1/1.1 amp, 35 to 1 gear ratio for 50 RPM final co shaft and 25 RPM final agitator speed. Formerly used in food manufacturing lab.
