100 gallon open top jacketed stainless steel kettle, mfg unknown (possibly lee), all stainless steel food grade construction, 36" diameter x 30" deep, 2" center bottom outlet with npt connection and 15" floor clearance, packing gland seal at discharge, kettle is mounted from body band with angle iron legs interconnected on two sides with floor pads drilled for mounted holes, vessel has full stand off heat shield around perimeter, loose fitting two piece hinged cover with mixer slot, kettle has side mounting pad for clamp type mixer. Formerly used in food ingredients.
