    150 gallon open top jacketed kettle by B. H. Hubert and sons, serial # 20899. Features all stainless steel vessel with national board rated jacket (# 4776) for 40 psi @ 287 degrees f, 42" diameter x 33" deep x 50" brim height, 2" heavy duty vessel brim ring, 14" x 48" stainless steel bridge is mount slightly off of center line of vessel, 2" center bottom discharge with acme threaded bevel seat connection at 10" floor clearance, vessel is mounted on three interconnected mild steel pipe legs from hip sockets, 58" overall height. Formerly used in food ingredient manufacturing.
