    80 gallon open top jacketed kettle by hamilton kettles, model sa, serial # a6386. Features all stainless steel food grade construction, 36" diameter x 25" deep, rolled sanitary vessel brim, national board rated (# 2304) stainless steel jacket for steam heating rated for 125 psi @ 345 degrees f, hydro tested for 231 psi, factory opposed mountings for bridge mounted scraper or similar agitator, 3" center bottom discharge with male acme threaded bevel seat connection and 10" floor clearance. Formerly used in food service.
