    Description

    Groen 100-Gallon Stainless Steel Kettle, 316 stainless steel, Model FT-100, bowl measures 36in diameter X 28in deep with 2-1/2in diameter center bottom outlet, leading to pipe extending beyond straight side of bowl.

    Includes jacket along bottom half of bowl, rated for 25 PSI at 300 degrees Fahrenheit to 32 degrees Fahrenheit with 1in diameter jacket connections. Also includes 12in x 16-1/2in diamond-plate step that is welded to kettle.

    Previously used in a production kitchen to supply meals for school district. New in 2004. Serial number 74317.
