20 gallon open top kettle by Hamilton Kettles, Style SA, serial #D-7948-1. Features all stainless steel sanitary construction with jacketed body National Board rated (#536) for 90 PSI @ -20 to 320 F, hydro tested @ 154 PSI, fully shrouded and insulated body, center bottom 1.5" discharge with flush mounted diaphragm valve, tri clamp connection and 21" floor clearance, vessel is 22.5" ID x 16" deep, portable clamp type mixer mount from externally mixer station, full two piece loose fitting cover with mixer slot, mounted from three legs with casters. Formerly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
