36 inch inside diameter x 30 inch deep, on (3) legs
Has 2.5 inch bottom center outlet with a spot for a pop up valve (no valve)
3 inch threaded out. Side and bottom jacket fittings and with relief valve
Has lift out stainless steel basket with a bottom slide valve
There is a bottom sensor. Just removed from food service.
