20 quart electrically heated tilting kettle by Groen, model 6DB/7-20, serial #79698.

Features all stainless steel food grade construction (NSF stamped), electrically heated fluid filled jacket is National Board rated (# 79698) for 50 PSI @ 300 f, 240 volt/60 cycle/3 phase/6.3 kw, jacket fluid level sight glass and pressure gauge, temperature control and heat indicator light, pouring lip, loose fitting cover with mixer slot, mounted on stationary ss table with drip tray. Formerly used in branded cosmetic service.
