10 quart vacuum rated jacketed tilting kettle by Groen, model TDC/3-10, serial # 24059. Features 316 stainless steel vessel shell, jacketed vessel is national board rated (# 24059) for 100 PSI @ 32 to 338 degrees F, NSF stamped, dome top cover has sight glass with light and multiple inlets, hinge mounted with spring assist lifting, four hinged threaded screw down cover locking closures, o ring sealed cover, tilting kettle with pouring lip is table mounted (24" w x 33" deep) 4" wide front trough with drain, piped for water/ steam/vacuum pump under table quick lock connections for all utilities, hot and cold water service to table faucet, mounted on aluminum dolly with casters shown at 34.750" table height, under table mounted vacuum pump by Nash, size MHCS5 rated for 3500 rpm and directly driven by Baldor 2 horsepower motor @ 3450 RPM, 208-230/460/3 phase voltage, 6.4/5.4/2.7 amps. Formerly used in personal care products pilot lab.
