50 liter, triple motion agitated, vacuum, jacketed kettle by Woowon, model UHM-50, serial #UHM-P-C00272-00050-17-01. Features 316l stainless steel wetted parts, lift out agitator from dual cylinder hydraulic lift system, on board vacuum and hydraulic systems, agitator features scraper, counter rotating paddles and bottom entering homogenizer all with variable speed and digital amp and rpm readouts, all agitators have timers, mixing vessel have 4.250" id service port with hinged cover, sight glass, hinged swing mounted screw down locks and internal wiper, vessel has internal light, three top inlets with 1.5" tri clamp connections dedicated to vacuum, liquid adding and one spare, vessel has 1.5" bottom outlet, manually operated flush seating valve, 1.5" tri clamp connection and 28" floor clearance, vessel tilts with powered control, factory control panel, all stainless steel construction with high polished finish, power consumption 9 kw, includes factory "pipe unit" for utilities. Formerly used in personal care products.
