    1 - Model 5100 Mat-top chain conveyor, 6” wide x 8 ft. long; stainless steel cabinet base, variable speed motor to 1200”/minute; stainless steel side frames; adjustable UHMW guide rails; product sensor mounting bracket; stainless steel labeler support columns with vertical and horizontal gib slides; stainless steel frame and base includes locking casters and leveling pads.

    1 - Custom 5” wide "Wipe-On" labeler with 1200"/minute stepper motor dispense; LCD digital operator interface display with detailed error readouts; storage of multiple label/product setups; photoelectric product and label sensors; missing label on web compensation; automatic speed following software; micro¬processor electronics; 16”
    non-powered unwind unit; friction rewind; and U-Arm mounting bracket with skew adjustment

    1- Variable speed metering wheel to properly space products.

    1 - 7” wide x 12” long variable speed wrap station with encoder and custom durometer belt.
