Description

Automatic labeling machine for 5 gallon buckets. Bought new from manufacturer in 2021. Has only been used to determine it will not work with our label material, size, and buckets. After receiving we found out the manufacturer used different labels and buckets for testing. Labeler is a wraparound machine that can apply two different labels to the same bucket in a single operation. For example: our label tape alternates front and back labels for double application in a single pass. Can also be easily modified to apply wraparound labels to round bottles.

Color sensor for sensing the warning label on the bucket for correct label positioning

Electronic and physical label flag length adjustment

Fully adjustable rails for different sized buckets / bottles

Adjustable height and distance for pneumatic bucket / bottle clamp

Adjustable height and tilt for the labeling head

All sensors are fully adjustable

Electronic label feed speed control with independent controls for Label #1 and Label #2

Stainless steel conveyor belt with VFD control

220v - can run on a step up transformer if 220v is not available in your facility

80 PSI air required

Overall dimensions: 71" long x 55" wide

Conveyor: 71" long x 12.25" wide. Currently 19.5" off the floor.

Stand footprint: 34" x 34" with adjustable feet. Can be replaced with longer rods or casters.

Label plate can accommodate labels up to 9.5" tall.
