    Parts of the machine: Label feeder station, labelling station, variable speed conveyor belt, control panel complete and intuitive. Supplied with the necessary security devices. Collamat labelling head C series. Fast installation and changing of settings for different labelling functions. Simple, logical settings to guarantee perfect product labelling. This labeler is the first step to an automated labeling process. High reliability is achieved by the simple and robust design. Minimal space required, ideal to fit into existing production lines. The products are deposited manually on roller cradles. The labeling head feeds the labels. Passing through a press the label is made to adhere to the bottle. Through a slide the bottles reach the exit area. Metronic MC1 modular hot stamping system for individual product labelling. The cassette can easily be filled with the printing color foil and it can be replaced within seconds.
