Description

The ELF-50 is a brand new; CSA compliant portable tabletop wrap-around labeling machine designed for small production runs. It is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum, meeting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards for robustness and easy maintenance. The machine features advanced sensors, simple hand wheel adjustments for quick setup and changeover, and a user-friendly interface to ensure accurate and efficient labeling. It supports a maximum dispensing speed of 52.5 feet per minute and can handle labels up to 4.75” x 11.8” and container widths up to 6.3”. Powered by a 1 phase, 2 phase stepper motor drive, and weighing approximately 165 lbs., the ELF-50 is portable and easy to move between production areas. It includes practical features like a battery-free microprocessor control system that retains settings without power, production preset and count functions, and optional hot-foil printer integration. Additionally, the ELF-50 comes with a stainless-steel storage cabinet and a spare parts kit, enhancing its practicality and ease of maintenance for various labeling applications.
