    Description

    SHRINK TUNNEL:
    The shrink tunnel uses steam as a heat source and has been designed to handle container loosely wrapped with shrink film. While travelling on a conveyor through the tunnel, the film is shrunk tightly onto the container.

    SLEEVEMATIC (right to left direction):
    With the fully-automated inline-type SLEEVEMATIC DS (direct sleeving) labeller shrinkable sleeves can be applied to round containers. The continuously operating machine automatically adapts to the speed of the container flow. The arriving containers on the automatically adapts to the speed of the container flow. The arriving containers on the conveyor are spaced by an infeed worm and transferred to the container table via an infeed starwheel. Feed rollers evenly supply the sleeve film from the reel and transport in via a sleeve supply unit to the cutting unit. Pre-shrinking with a hot-air nozzle prevents the sleeve from shifting and slipping. Finally the sleeve is shrunk to fit the container contour in a steam or hot-air shrinking tunnel.
