    Double tilt low x-ray stage
    Double tilt LN2 cooled stage
    Double tilt heated holder, up to 1000ºC
    The Philips CM30 is a 300kV analytical TEM/STEM with a LaB6 source.
    The CM30 is a medium resolution instrument for bright field/dark field imaging, basic analytical microscopy and diffraction studies.
    Much of the design and layout is similar to that of the CM300.

    - The HV tank is a Haefely type #308460, SN: 780048/15 year 1992.
    - 6 large items:
    1) The CM30 column top.
    2) Bottom ofcolumn plus pumping system.

    4) Double rack of power supplies,
    5) High voltage tank (500KG) 80inches tall.
    6) Cooling chiller (4 ft.X3 ft. X3 ft.)

    CONDITION: Excellent working condition, Last used by a Laboratory and disassembled.
