TheBioRad iCycler is robust system which can handle the everyday demand of PCR applications. The Icycler from Bio-Rad features an easy-to-useGraphic User Interface (GUI), built-in PCR protocols, gradient feature and the ability to upgrade to a real time qPCR system. The BioRad Thermal Cycler applications include gene expression studies, gene amplification, clinical diagnostics, measurements for viral load and pathogen detection, just to name a few. The BioRad iCycler has a built-in Gradient feature and accommodates 0.2l and 0.5l tubes, strips and plates. This PCR is equipped with temperature monitoring which can be controlled by in sample probe, block or instrument algorithm.The I-Cycler PCR also allows researchers to obtain high throughput by maximizing the speed of cycling.
