gentleMACS C Tubes are used in combination with the gentleMACS Dissociators for the automated dissociation of tissues to obtain single-cell suspensions with a high viability rate. The C Tubes are designed for safe and sterile sample handling and enable a dissociation procedure that is gentle to cells. Thus, the single-cell suspensions can be used for a wide variety of applications including cell separation, cell analysis, and cell culture.
