The Beahm Hot Box model 185A, precisely heats and delivers focused process air through a variety of machined to order thermal nozzles. These multi-purpose machines are capable catheter tube bonding and reflowing virtually any thermoplastic material. Temperature is stabilized +/- 2 deg f. .and each machine incorporates a self-tuning temperature controller with thermocouple feedback and SCR power control to provide highly stable set-point control.

This cost-effective system delivers precisely heated air with high set-point stability, providing you with an endless variety of tubing, bonding and process options. System capabilities include tubing bonds, shaft necking and recovery, and multi-lumen junctions.

The Standard System gives you:
Remote heater enclosure and a compact main enclosure for greater bench top space

Foot pedal actuated cooling line for hands-free operation

Ergonomic design for ease of use
