Scilog Expert Peristaltic Laboratory Pump With Fluid Metering Head + Tandem 1081.TheSciLog ChemTecis designed to provide precise and highly accurate metering capability. The ChemTec can handle a variety of applications including bioreactor and fermentor, mass flow metering, volume flow metering, diafiltration metering, and pH maintenance and titration. The system is capable of the R/P Stat (rate/pressure) method, which increases filter throughput by up to 30%. This setting also maintains a user-defined upper-pressure limit to automatically switch from constant rat to constant pressure, allowing for full use of a filters capacity. Users can also program endpoints to ensure the system stops operating when a given back pressure, filtrate rate, or total filtrate limit is reached. An NFF system uses a pressure sensor, measuring by constant rate or constant pressure, and scale feedback for normal flow operations. Once a user-defined maximum filter pressure, minimum filtrate rate, or maximum filtrate limit is achieved, the endpoint controls with shut off the system. The SciLog FilterTec can also monitor three pressure points at the same time, making it useful for monitoring multiple filters in a parallel filter train.
