The GE Frac-950 is an automated fraction collector for use with AKTA design chromatography systems running Unicorn software. Equipped with an accumulator, the Frac-950 eliminates spillage at high flows. Up to 392 fractions can be collected at once for time or volume base, fixed volume and/or peak fractionation, fixed capillary tip with moving rack, fixed rack with moving capillary tip, or fractionation order (row-by-row, column-by-column, serpentine-row, serpentine-column). Flexible fraction collection from 96-well microplates plates to 250mL bottles or funnels connected to any vessel, fixed volume fractionation or automatic peak fractionation is possible, 0.001-100mL/min flow rate
