The Thermo Scientific Fast Vac Vacuum Manifold features chemical-resistant construction and is capable of processing up to 20 samples simultaneously using a vacuum, eliminating the need for multiple centrifugation steps and disposal of flow-through from collection tubes. The one-way Luer-Lock stopcocks are compatible with most nucleic acid purification columns and individually controlled, allowing the processing of as few as one sample at a time. Furthermore, the extra-large waste reservoir makes the Fast Vac Vacuum Manifold convenient for protocols that require the processing of large volumes, such as during plasmid DNA isolation using a Pure Link Fast Low-Endotoxin plasmid purification kit.
