The SCD IIB Sterile Tubing Welder makes reliable, high-quality welds for sterile tubing connections, completes a weld cycle in 30 seconds, is compact and portable, requires minimal technical training and can be implemented seamlessly into existing processes. Use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubing with a nominal outer diameter of 5.46 mm (0.215 inch) and a wall thickness of 0.84 mm (0.033 inch) or C-Flex tubing with a nominal outer diameter of 6.35 mm (0.25 inch and a nominal inner diameter of 3.18 mm (0.125 inch). (SCD wafers cartridges included)
