The Sonic Man, a high-performance sonication system, delivers industry-leading sample processing capability directly to the benchtop. This feature-rich instrument combines tube and plate-based sample preparation with scalable sonication and precise temperature control. The Sonic Man can be operated as a stand-alone bench top instrument or easily integrated as part of an automated laboratory system Applications include accelerated DNA shearing, tissue disruption, and sample extraction.

Software & User Interface
A user-friendly touch screen provides a real-time graphical display depicting parameters such as cycles, on/off time, and power setting profiles. Onboard password protected programs are easily defined using alphanumeric touch screen controls and simple create/save/edit functions. The Sonic Man is equipped with a network card to connect via RS232 or Ethernet directly to a PC for integrated automated system.

Poly Science LS Series 1/2 HP Benchtop Chiller, Centrifugal Pump P/N LS51MX1A110C
The LS-Series Compact Chiller provides cooling power for demanding applications and serves as an economical alternative to tap water cooling systems. It features a microprocessor-based controller, digital temperature display (C or F), and simple operation and maintenance. To optimize cooling efficiency and performance, this sophisticated Chiller also features a modulated refrigeration system. As a result, temperature stability is greatly enhanced and compressor life extended. The Chiller is equipped with either a magnetic drive centrifugal pump or a turbine pump. Wetted parts within the recirculation system are brass, copper, stainless steel, EPDM rubber, Alcryn, nylon, PVC, and polyethylene.
