**This instrument was tested as far as we could. Unit has little to NO wear from normal use. Instrument software unable to recognize camera. (Camera on this instrument works and able tocommunicate with camera via (camera) imager software but unable to communicate with camera thru the instruments software. This could be a licensing issue). The Alpha Imager systems are designed to meet the requirements of the most demanding fluorescent and colorimetric applications. These systems integrate the latest developments in camera and lens technology for imaging with a wide dynamic range and fast image acquisition speeds. The systems are controlled by easy-to-use and intuitive Alpha View software which performs image analysis and archiving and can also prepare images for desktop publishing.

High-performance, fully automated imaging has made theAlpha Imager HP apopular platform.The systems application versatility not only includes a wide range of fluorescent and colorimetric applications but can also be expanded to chemiluminescence as laboratory needs change.

Motorized Lens: Allows direct control of aperture, zoom and focus through the software.

5-Position Filter Wheel: Customizable for UV fluorescent imaging versatility. Motorized wheel makes switching between applications easy.

Epi White Lights: Assist when focusing and positioning samples.

Control Panel: Touch panel allows control of light sources and filter position.

White Light Table: For colorimetric applications such as Coomassie gels. Folds up when not in use.

Dual-Wavelength Transilluminator: Easily slides in and out of cabinet. High and low intensity settings provide additional illumination control.
