VWR Symphony -20c SCPMF-3020 Lab Freezer

***This freezer was tested to specifications. We ran this unit overnight at our facility and was able to reach -20c on our temperature gauge. Unit has slight wear from normal use (shelving has some rust buildup). Buyer can expect the same item pictured with 30-day warranty. See photos for details.

The Symphony Solid Door Laboratory Plus Freezer provides digitally controlled cold storage, alarm system backup, and stable temperatures. This user-friendly -20C Freezer uses a manual defrost, avoiding temperature spikes associated with auto defrost cycles for a more stable environment. This lab freezer has a temperature preset of -20C and an up-top microprocessor control panel monitors internal temperatures and manages recovery and maintenance. To help retain temperatures the interior uses a using sample simulated temperature probe to report accurately and individual compartment doors to keep the cold air from spilling out.

This lab freezer has audio and visual alarms, for user-defined high and low settings, and power failure supported by a battery backup. Users of the Symphony Freezer can also add remote alarms through the available contacts for additional monitoring and peace of mind. The fixed evaporator shelving provides uniform cooling throughout.
