BioTek Instruments BioStack Microplate Stacker
**This unit has been tested to specifications. Unit is a part of an order with several other components including the partner Microplate Washer Unit. Has slight rusty blemishes from normal use. See photos for further details.
BioTek BioStack microplate stacker is a compact and versatile microplate stacker, compatible with Agilent BioTek washers, dispensers, plate readers, and imaging systems. The rapid plate exchange speeds deliver increased throughput and enhanced efficiency and greater productivity. BioStack can accommodate assay workflows for 24- to 1536-well plates. Microscope slides can be stacked for imaging using BioTek's custom slide holders. The BioTek BioStack 4 is a deluding microplate stacker, automating the handling of lidded microplates for sensitive cell-based assays, for complete walkaway automation. Microplate stackers help automate throughput for a variety of imaging, multi-mode detection and liquid handling workflows. BioStack expands the applications, by providing plate de-lidding and re-lidding for sensitive cell-based assays as well.

Cell-based assays
All BioStack models offer fast plate transfers to and from the integrated imager, multi-mode reader or liquid handling system. The new, patented BioStack 4 model offers efficient de-lidding and re-lidding of microplates for sensitive cell-based assays. BioStack Neo is specifically designed to integrate with Synergy Neo2 for the fastest plate processing, facilitating high throughput requirements. BioStack Neo is a robust, compact system for up to 50 plates. No need for excessive manual plate handling. BioStack is programmable to restack plates to the source stack, providing complete process automation even for long-term kinetic runs.
Removable, exchangeable stacks
10, 30 and 50 plate stacks are available for use with BioStack to accommodate varying throughput requirements. Stacks are easily exchanged among multiple BioStacks in the lab, for maximum flexibility. The smaller stacks are compact to fit within a biosafety enclosure, and 50 plate stacks provide high throughput, walkaway automation.
