New ceramic top-plate design reduces chance of breakage. Spill away design directs spills away from internal components. Integral ring-stand holder accommodates 0.5in (1.3cm) diameter support rod. Includes TFE-coated stir bar. Top plate material: Ceramic. Basic Economy Analog Magnetic Stirrer with 7.25 x 7.25-Inch Ceramic Spill-Away Platform.
