Best of all, configuring and deploying an In-Sight vision system has never been easier.

You will find so many machine vision applications for the award-winning In-Sight 7000 series of vision systems. These completely integrated smart cameras feature autofocus, fast image capture, integrated lighting and lens with powerful vision tools for inspection, color, OCR applications and more. They also have the capability to power and control a range of external lighting all in a compact, industrial IP67 package.

Flexible lighting
In-Sight 7000 vision systems offer integrated, field-replaceable lighting with five different color options (red, blue, green, white and infrared). Unlike most vision systems, the In-Sight 7000 has the capability to power and control external lighting directly which eliminates the need for external power supplies to save space and cost.

Autofocus and lens options
You can easily set and save the optimal focus values associated with the inspection of each part on your line. This autofocus feature simplifies setup and is ideal for situations requiring regular part changes or projects that require the vision system to be placed in hard-to-reach spaces. In addition, field-replaceable lenses, like C-mount, allow you to further customize the vision system for specific applications.

Fast image capture
The In-Sight 7000 delivers the highest acquisition speeds of all In-Sight products at over 100 frames per second. This high acquisition rate provides you reliable 100% automated inspection of products on even the fastest bottling and pharmaceutical production lines.
