The Mastercyclernexus PCR cycler provides you with flexibility in many forms. Conduct PCR runs with a range of standard vessel types, from 0.2mL tubes to 96well plates using a single 96-well aluminum block. So there is no need to buy additional blocks, and for even faster ramp rates, silver block variants can be used instead. If you need higher throughput, simply connect up to two eco cyclers to a programmable nexus thermal cycler for additional capacity. The configuration can also include the nexus X2 eco units providing up to 6in dependently operating blocks. The Mastercycler nexus cycler can even email you when the PCR run is complete

The flexlid concept for effortless height adjustment
The flexlid enables the nexus to easily deal with all types of PCR consumables, from low volume wells all the way up to 0.5mL PCR tubes, and of course all common PCR plates.

Gradient with SteadySlopetechnology
To ensure that heating and cooling ramp rates are exactly the same in both gradient and normal operation, the Mastercycler nexus gradient option features SteadySlope technology. This gives you identical temperature control characteristics in both optimization and routine experiments.
