The ABgene ALPS-300 Microplate Sealer is an automated heat sealer ideal for medium to high throughput applications and can seal a wide range of plates. The ALPS-300 is capable of sealing approximately 6 plates per minute and up to 5,000 plates can be processed automatically without intervention.

Compatible Without Any Hardware Changes With a Wide Variety of Plates to Include: 96-well PCR, Low Profile, Skirted, Semi-Skirted, 1.2-2.2 ml Deep Well Plates, 96 & 384 Well Microplate, Well Storage, and 384 PCR Plates
Seals approximately six plates/min
Touchscreen Control: Offers flexible control mechanisms and compact dimensions for manual as well as robotic integration
Works with most commercially available plate stackers.
Used with sealing material (sold separately) the same width as a microplate (78mm) and cut to the exact length of the plate, leaving no seal overhang to interfere with robotic stacking length of the seal can be changed to leave a tab for removal
Operates manually via touchscreen, by foot pedal (for hands free use), by remote start, or by RS-232 connection, which allows time and temperature settings to be monitored and adjusted, checks a remote system for seal-level detection, and reports fault diagnosis settings
