Automatic Purge Control Units - Humodule
Automatic purge control units work with inert gas such as Nitrogen, Argon or Clean Dry Air (CDA) Source. They are design to automatically control purge system to maintain desired low relative humidity or low Oxygen level in a desiccator, glove box or any other enclosure. Cleatech purge control units reduce inert gas (nitrogen) consumption and cost by 70%.

Purge Control System with RH sensor: New designed Automatic Purge Control Unit Humodule comes in two different configurations: Humodule H (Dehumidification) & C (Dehumidification & Humidification):

HUMODULE-H: Automatic Purge Control Unit with RH sensor- Humodule H a dehumidification system, capable of measuring and displaying humidity in the range: 0-100%RH, Accurately controls and maintains the RH% on a set point between 0%RH to ambient level (+/- 3% RH), required compressed dry air or inert gas

HUMODULE-C
It's an Automatic Purge Control Unit with RH sensor and a single purge unit. Humodule C a humidification/ dehumidification system, capable of measuring and displaying humidity in the range: 0-100% RH, Accurately controls and maintains the RH% on a set point between 0%RH to 100% (+/- 3% RH), required compressed dry air or inert gas.

In One-channel purge control unit, there is only one humidity sensor which is installed in the lower chamber of multi-chamber desiccators. There are some perforated holes between chambers which connect the chambers together.

For more critical requirements, select the Multi- Channelnitrogen purge control unit. (Available in two to four channel models). For each chamber there is separated sensor and controller. When any door opens the system responses faster to the sudden RH% increase.
