PC controlled variable pressure SEM with the ability to switch between the high vacuum and variable pressure modes.

It has a high density frame memory of 1280x960 pixels and an advanced image capture and archiving system.

It has a four quadrant solid state backscatter allows imaging in the compositional, 3D and topographic modes by manipulating from each segment of the detector.

It has 0.3 - 30kV acceleration voltage range and a 5 nm resolution at 25kV in variable pressure mode. Dual-bias for low voltage signal noise and backscatter mode function are available as well.

The unit will come with the two pumps along with the transformer.

Everything works however there is no image projected to the software interface of the SEM, this is believed to be related to a failure within the Beam Aperture and the optional EDAX HITS3000 Detecting Unit appears to interface with software but does not provide any accurate or reliable readings.
