    Tester Introduction:


    Powder density is the relative weight of powder in the unit volume. Because there is space particle-particle in the powder or gap space inner the particle, the powder density is rather smaller than the relative true material density. The powder density could be bulk density and tapped density.



    KV-100 is for Non-metallic powder, it extends some functions, such as tapping height is from 3mm to 1mm-10mm adjustable; tapping frequency is 0-300 times/minute adjustable. Tap counter is from 0-99999 (if the set number is 0, the result is bulk density.



    KV-100 Powder Density Tester consists of timing motor, vibration components, micro-computer and micro printing machine. Furthermore the tester is with compact structure, stable and simple operation.
