Perseptive Biosystems Cytofluor 4000 is a fluorescence/bioluminescence reader with temperature control from 5C to 20C in 0.2C increments-up to 45C.The Cytofluor measures soluble and cell-associated fluorescence, thanks to its photo multiplier tube placed in a lightproof detection chamber. EM wavelength 390 - 800 nm EX wavelength 320 - 700 nm Specified mix time 1 - 99 seconds Optics can be reconfigured to read top or bottom of plate and allow measurement of solution and cell-based assays.
