The Protein Simple Wes is an environmentally conscious, high-performance western blot machine with a rapid turnaround. This Simple Western Blot system can process up to 24 samples per run, with minimal hands-on time. This capillary-based system is fully automated from protein separation, immunoprobing, detection, and data analysis. This automation allows users to achieve reproducible results, getting you up to 25 points of data in about 3 hours.
The ProteinSimple WES system is simple to operate, by loading samples and reagents on the assay plate and the system handles the rest. This automated western blot takes over sample loading, size-based protein separation, immunoprobing or total protein labeling, washing, detection, and data analysis all within the chamber and uses just two pieces of plastic instead of the staggering 300 of traditional instruments. Users can get high throughput from as little sample as 40nL, and this helps eliminate variability.
The Protein Simple Wes works with Compass software that analyzes the size and charge assay data and features 21 CFR Part 11 compliance tools. This system is hands-free and performs quantitative analysis automatically, displaying the data in either a lane view, graph, or digital capillary image, which can then be exported quickly and easily as pdfs. The HDR detection profile gets you up to 6 logs of dynamic range, taking less time to optimize to get within the linear detection range of your essay.
