Automated cell counter for concentration and trypan blue cell viability of cell lines, even clumpy cells, with optional GMP/GLP software. To use the Cellometer Auto T4, cells are placed in a well plate and added to a staining solution, which helps to make the cells more visible under the microscope. The well plate is then placed in the Cellometer Auto T4, and the instrument uses flow cytometry to detect and count the cells in the sample. The Cellometer Auto T4 can also use image analysis to confirm the cell count.

SIMPLE, AUTOMATED CELL COUNTING IN LESS THAN 10 SECONDS
The Auto T4 utilizes bright field imaging and pattern-recognition software(NOT Included) to quickly and accurately identify and count individual cells. Cell count, concentration, diameter, and % viability are automatically calculated and reported.
