    ***This unit is a custom pick and place machine for manufacturing of Accula cartidges, vision inspection, conveyor system & control panel enclosure mounted on a mobile workstation. Unit has slight wear from normal use. See photos for details.

    Ridgeline Engineering Company has been in the industrial automation business since 1990. We use both a wide varieties of PLCs and PC technology to provide machine control and networking.

    What is pick and place used for?
    Pick-and-place machines are used for circuit board assembly in printed circuit board manufacturing. A placement head picks electronic SMT components (surface mounted technology) off of feeders and places them on a printed circuit board (PCB).
