Includes: Model: 6011 Input Lead Cable: Input Lead is a shield low noise triaxial cable Terminated with alligator clips. This cable mates directly with the model: 614 input.

The 614 Digital Electrometer is a 4 1/2 digit multimeter designed with speed and simplicity of use. It features four functions: current, resistance, voltage and charge measurement. It is capable of detecting currents as low as 10 -14 A and resistances up to 2 x 10E+11 ohms. It provides more than 5x10E+13 ohms input impedance on the voltage ranges and can detect charge over a range of 10E-14 to 2 x 10E-08C. Voltage ranges are 0.2 V to 20 V in 3 ranges with accuracies to 0.08%. Current ranges from 20 pA to 2000 A in 9 ranges with accuracies from 1.5 to 0.3%. Resistance ranges are from 2 kohms to 200 Gohms in 9 ranges with accuracies from 0.5 to 2%.

The Model 614 is an electrometer with 10-14 A sensitivity, and an input current less than 60fA at 23'C. Voltage sensitivity is 10uV to 20Vwith an input impedance of greater than 50T(5x10/13). Resistance sensitivity of the model 614 is from 1 to 2x10/11 using the constant current technique. Charge sensitivity (nC)is from 10fC (10-14 Coulombs) to 20nC(2x10-8 Coulombs).

Preamp Output that can be used as guards in the volts and resistance functions and as an inverting output in the current and charge functions.
Current Suppress which is available in the current mode, allows correction for input offset currents on any given range. Does not affect accuracy or drift.
Each range has the following: Automatic polarity operation, minus sign displayed. Effective input Overload protection. Over range indication (flashing 0000). Decimal point positioned by range push button.
Battery Pack standard
Line Power can also be used. Switch over from battery power to line power automatic
Volts Zero sets: zero on the .2V range and need not be readjusted on the other ranges.
