The Vi-CELL Cell Viability Analyzer provides an automatic means to perform the Trypan Blue Dye Exclusion method, allowing users to load up to 10 samples at once for easy and automated cell analysis. Vi-CELL software offers pre-programmed and customizable analysis options for consistent and accurate analysis of simple cell systems or your own cell line.Viable/non viable cell staining and quantitation in Bioreactors must be accurate and reproducible. Relying on manual cell counting techniques leaves you open to costly errors. The Vi-CELLXR cell counter overcomes these issues with automated cell staining and counting in just a few minutes with customizable cell types for individual needs.

NOTE The results for samples at the low end of the concentration range will not be as statistically accurate due to the low number of measured cells. The accuracy at the high end of the concentration range is affected by the difficulty of declustering groups of cells particularly if the cells are large. The sample should be diluted to bring its concentration into range or to improve the accuracy of the results
