YSI 2700D Dual-Channel SELECT Biochemistry Analyzer provides rapid, accurate analysis of key nutrients and byproducts such as dextrose, L-Lactate, L-Glutamate, Choline, L-Glutamine, Ethanol. The SI Model 2700 SELECT Biochemistry Analyzer is a laboratory instrument intended for use in research, food processing and bio-processing applications. The Model 2700 SELECT offers precision and specificity comparable to more time consuming and rigious methods, but with greater speed, convenience, and sensitivity. Many of the conditions which interfere with refractometers, density meters, and manual methods are of little concern when using the Model 2700 SELECT. Measurements are virtually unaffected by sample color, turbidity, density, viscosity, pH, volatility, specific gravity, temperature, index of refraction, optical activity, or the presence of proteins or other biochemicals.
