    Description

    Yeah, I know it oughta be in a museum, but instead it's in an operating machine shop.

    This IS a South Bend Lathe edm, developed by South Bend Lathe in conjunction with Ingersol and the business later sold to Hansvedt as I understand. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

    Purchased as new old stock in 2000 when I started my shop, and the spare power supply was added at a later date for insurance purposes, never needed it.

    This machine is rock solid and bulletproof! Often thought that I ought to buy a newer machine, but it just ran so well and never broke down or needed anything.

    In great operating condition and under power.

    EDM is offered without tooling, only the machine, power supply, bench, and attached peripherals included

    Electrode tooling and magnetic chucks are offered separately.

    Also included is a spare operating power supply.

    Both power supplies have been modified to add ram cycling, and the lower one has capacitors included, switches on the right.

    Just changed to synthetic edm oil and I believe there is a spare 5 gallon container that will be included.

    This is a great machine to get started with.
