DESCRIPTION:
ATM18 is an inspection machine for particle and cosmetic inspection of pre-filled ampoules and vials containing liquid products (clear oily and suspensions). Usually connected to a de-nester and re-nester unit, ATM18 is configured to be installed in a fully automated line. From the basic version to the most complex machine configuration, ATM18 can lodge all technological options for liquid products.

MAIN FEATURES:
The product to be inspected is picked up from a conveyor belt. Subsequently it is transported by a conveyor belt in a slow rotation in front of the operator. The defective ampoules are discarded manually by the operator, those accepted continue the movement towards the receiving tray. There are 4 analysis stations, of which 2 for particle control, 1 for level control and 1 for tip control.
Last formats worked: 3,3 ml (14,75 mm diam. x 66 mm h), 10 ml (17,75 mm diam. x 89 mm h).
