Previously Produced 12oz Cups at a rate of approximately 170 Cups Per Minute The PMC-1000 cup former is a glue-less paper cup former with heat welding of SBC cup stock.

Equipped with a shaftless floor pick-up unwind. The PCM-1000 is designed to produce a range of cup sizes. It can form cups from 2oz to 18oz depending on tooling. The PCM-1000 can operate at speed of 180 cups per minute, depending on cup size. This is ideal for high volume production of single-wrap, two-piece service cups for hot or cold liquids in a full range of popular sizes. This is designed to accommodate snap on lids.

It operates on a flameless hot air sealing system that eliminates burnt and scorched edges.

Unit has been well maintained. Removal scheduled for Dec 1 2024. Available due to complete plant closure.
