DESCRIPTION:
SHERPA series are suitable to be used in the pharmaceutical and food industry. They have been engineered to clamp, lift and position bins, drums, granulators or different kind of containers on the machine to feed.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, food, cosmetics, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
SHERPA pillar lift is made by an electrical chain hoist, installed on the pillar’s top, a pillar with two support guides in a stainless steel enclosure, a load support boom and a holding evice for the load to be raised.The inside support guides are certificate for both maximum admissible load and boom length. Anyway every SHERPA’s pillar lift has included a brake safety device against a possible fall. This device will be engaged when an obstacle meets the support boom during the lowering, the “fall-safe” break locks a further lowering of the inside trolley.
Both microswitches are positioned inside the pillar. If the container is to be positioned always at the same height, it is possible to install an electro pneumatic stopping device on the side of the pillar.
