Stainless steel electric control cabinet. Knife speed is adjustable. Forward and backward stirring speed is also adjustable. The bowl has 2 speeds of rotation. The cutting head has 6 knives. The machine uses a central lubrication system. The electronics were completely replaced in 2022 (photo attached)
